Cheese Ball (David Witherspoon's)

Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese (not pre-grated)
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 (2 oz) jar pimentos
  • 1 Tbsp Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, cheddar, onion, pimentos, and Tabasco; mix well and form into a ball.
  2. Chill before serving.
