Instructions
- Bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil in a medium saucepan; remove from heat.
- Add the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Beat in the eggs, baking soda, and sour cream.
- Bake in a generously greased and lightly floured 13x9x2 pan at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Frost in the pan while hot (you may not want to use all of the icing).
- For the frosting, boil the butter, cocoa, and milk together; remove from heat and add the powdered sugar and vanilla.
