Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 small box butterscotch pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Topping (mix together and set aside): 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

1. Combine the first six ingredients and beat well.
2. Pour half the batter into a greased 9x13 Pyrex or cake pan and sprinkle with half the brown sugar topping mixture; distribute the remaining topping on top.
3. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
4. Do not overbake.
