Fudge Pie

Ingredients

• 2 oz Baker's bitter chocolate
• 1/4 lb margarine
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate and margarine together; cool and add the remaining ingredients.
2. Beat until smooth.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes in a greased 8- or 9-inch pie plate at 350°.
4. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
5. Freezes well.
