Harriette's Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 packet (slightly less than 1 oz) Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing mix
• Cracked black pepper, for rolling

Instructions

1. Mix the cream cheese together with slightly less than the full 1 oz packet of ranch dressing mix.
2. Roll into a ball, then roll in cracked pepper.
