Party Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
• 1 (8 oz) package shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 Tbsp chopped pimento
• 1 Tbsp chopped green pepper
• 1 Tbsp chopped onion
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• dash salt
• finely chopped pecans, for coating (optional)

Instructions

1. Cream the two cheeses together until blended.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans, or use as a spread.
4. Chill at least 24 hours.
5. Serve with crackers.
