Pesto (Basil)

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • Drops of olive oil, to soften

Instructions

  1. Place garlic in blender and blend.
  2. Add basil to blender, then add the rest.
  3. Cook noodles.
  4. Top with the above.
  5. Add butter and more Parmesan cheese.
  6. May add pine nuts.
