Pineapple Refrigerator Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
• 1 stick melted butter
• 1 can Eagle Brand milk
• juice of 2 lemons
• 1/2 pt whipped cream
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a square pan.
2. Beat lemon juice into the Eagle Brand milk until thick.
3. Pour over the crumbs.
4. Whip cream with sugar; fold in drained crushed pineapple and nuts.
5. Pour over the milk mixture in the pan.
6. Chill.
