Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

• 1 white, yellow, or lemon cake mix
• 1 box lemon instant pudding
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 Tbsp poppy seed
• cinnamon-sugar, for coating pan

Instructions

1. Beat all ingredients at high speed for 5 minutes.
2. Grease a bundt pan, then coat with lots of cinnamon-sugar.
3. Pour in batter and bake 50 minutes at 350°.
4. Cool in pan 15-30 minutes.
