Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups strawberries
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 heaping Tbsp corn starch
• 1 baked pie shell
• whipped cream

Instructions

1. Cook sugar, strawberries, salt, and corn starch together (don't add water) until it starts to jell.
2. Let cool.
3. Put 1 cup of raw berries into the above mixture.
4. Place 1/2 cup of strawberries in the baked pie shell.
5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
6. Let cool.
7. Top with whipped cream.
