Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 8 cups milk
• 2 cups whipped cream
• 2 Tbsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until foamy.
2. Gradually add the sugar and beat until thickened.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until thickened.
4. Pour into an ice cream can and freeze according to the freezer's directions.
